Facebook Supports Paris Attack Victims,lets Users Update Profile Pictures with France Flag Color Filter

Facebook,the Social Media giant has decided to support the people of France after the recent terrorist attacks in Paris by allowing Users update their profile pictures with a photo filter that overlays the Country's flag color on the picture to raise awareness and maybe honour those who lost their lives in the Paris terror attack.

If you have not come across this on facebook,The overlayed colors are transparent and the picture can still be seen clearly.
There is also an option that allows users "try it" easily and a short caption saying

"Change your profile picture to support France and the people of Paris"

Facebook also added a safety check feature which although has been around since recent disasters allows users to mark themselves safe and also check on their friends and family.

The Company's CEO; Mark Zuckerberg also left a heartfelt message on his page saying

My thoughts are with everyone in Paris tonight.
Violence like this has no place in any city. or country in the world.

The Paris terrorist attack has drawn huge attention on social media when users worldwide posted their heartfelt messages and attached a trending hashtag which says #PrayForParis to it, it seems to have brought back memories of hashtag #BringBackOurGirls after a large terrorist abduction in Africa.
